    There are many good habits that we would like to begin and bad ones that we want to break. I read Atomic Habits by James Clear as part of my book club reading, and was totally blown away by how he simplified habit building and breaking. This book is a must read for everyone who is struggling to make or break habits. The frameworks provide a phenomenal foundation to get on with the journey.

    You can also read my blog, it is a cheat sheet for your next book club reading ;). Though I would sincerely advise you read the book as it provides some great advise, and is a breeze to read.
